Yogi Sadie Nardini has a wonderful little routine for new moms to strengthen & tone the core. I’ve included it below (it’s in 2 parts), along with a thyroid-balancing yoga routine to help you reset your system for energized, radiant health & safe, natural support in weight loss.
Love & light & every wish for your complete success
Well my situation is a little tricky, I am 23, mom of three (stairstep kiddos), 5’2” and 117 pounds.I have a little baby fat left over that I am working to get rid of, so I can cosplay in at least one of the many my husband would like me to (you can imagine) but I can’t lose weight or I run the risk of becoming un healthy. Not looking to lose weight just tone my stomache and well everything elseSo I am doing the following 5 days a week-100 crunches in the morning- light breakfast- 30 min cardio- lunch-100 crunches before dinner- dinnerAgain, not looking to lose weight just tone my stomache and well everything elseI have trouble with the lunch and dinner because I tend to eat a bunch. and not exactly healthy stuff either. so if anyone has tips on how to make this all work out that would be great.
Looking for a good ab and core workout? Try this! It’s okay if you can’t get through all of it- you get stronger and stronger each time you do it, and you’ll get there! Stay strong, and never give up! :)

I have lost over 36 pounds since Jan. I have .6 to go to be in my healthy range, after that I am going to try for 120-125 we will see! Good luck this is a great lifestyle change.
I have lost 30 lbs and am now a lifetime member. I’m trying to get down to my lowest weight possible (according to WW) which is in the low 150s (I’m a tall girl!), and I’m 168 right now. I always HATED running, but I started running a few months ago, and now I actually love it! I run about 30 min a night. WW is wonderful and a very motivating program!!!
i would like to hear some success stories to keep me going!
